Shoppers Stop Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended & Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders in its securities, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from July 14, 2016 to August 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).
