S V Global Mill Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be convened on July 20, 2016, inter alia, to consider & approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the Directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 15, 2016 to July 22, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
