Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall stand closed from July 11, 2016 and will be opened 48 hours after the publication of the Unaudited Financial Results, i.e. on July 27, 2016.
