Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from July 11, 2016 (4 PM) to July 20, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities.
