Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on August 03, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from July 11, 2016 and shall reopen on August 05, 2016.
