Castrol India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Result of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended June 30, 2016 (Q2). 2. To declare Interim dividend, if any for the year ending December 31, 2016 Accordingly, the trading window has been closed from June 21, 2016 and it will reopen on July 29, 2016.
