With reference to the earlier letter dated July 12, 2016, regarding the Board Meeting on July 20, 2016 for approving the Annual Consolidated Financial results for financial year ended on March 31, 2016, Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has now informed BSE that the abovementioned meeting of the Board of Directors now stands rescheduled to be held on July 26, 2016.
