VRL Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company would be held on August 01, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve, adopt and to take on record the reviewed un-audited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, trading window for directors and specified employees would be closed from closing hours of July 14, 2016 to closing hours of August 03, 2016.
