Further, the Trading Window of the Company under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended till date, shall remain closed from Monday, August 01, 2016 till Monday, August 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
