Hisar Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEB1 (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from August 05, 2016 to August 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid period, the directors and designated employees cannot deal (either purchase or sale) in the shares of the Company.
