Universal Starch Chem Allied Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2016 to consider and take on record, inter- alia the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further the Trading Window of the Company will be closed with effect from August 11, 2016 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
