Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 08, 2016 which will inter alia consider approval of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 along with Limited Review Report of Auditors pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for Designated Person under the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading from August 01, 2016 to August 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
