Un-audited Financial results of the company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016 and Limited Review report thereon; Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and Report Tradings by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the above reason and for specified persons from August 05, 2016 to August 13, 2016 (inclusive of both days).
