Neelamalai Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on August 09, 2016 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company will be closed for Promoters, Directors, Connected Persons and Designated Employees of the Company from July 31, 2016 to August 11, 2016 both days inclusive, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders.
