Skipper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. In purview of the above and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated persons will be closed from August 01, 2016 to August 10, 2016 (until expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges).
