Dhanuka Agritech Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2016 for the various matters which inter-alia, includes considering and approving Un-audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, As per the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from the start of business hours on, August 01, 2016 till the end of business hours on, August 16, 2016.
