Vitan Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and "Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from August 04, 2016 to August 13, 2016 (both days Inclusive). Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the from August 04, 2016 to August 13, 2016 (both days Inclusive).
