Samtex Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and review the Unaudited Financial (Provisional) Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30. 2016, Further, In connection as per the Company’s code of Fair Disclosure & Conduct adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation. 2015, this is to intimate that the trading window of the Company will be closed for all Insiders from August 02, 2016 and shall be opened 48 hours after the intimation of outcome of above said Board Meeting to the Stock Exchange.
