Further, the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Insider Trading and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of Liberty Shoes Limited, has been closed from July 30, 2016 and will remain closed till August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
