Moongipa Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August, 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results and for the quarter ended and three months ended on June 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Preservation of Insider Trading framed by the Company Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from August 04, 2016 to August 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) Trading Window will open on August 12, 2016.
