Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 29 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBIs circular dated July 05, 2016, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 in consonance with the new Indian Accounting Standards and any other matter with the permission of the chair. Further, in view of the above, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, key managerial persons and designated persons with effect from August 27, 2016 to September 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
