Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window, as defined in the Companys Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from September 01, 2016 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company.
