FAG Bearings India Ltd has informed BSE that our upcoming Meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled on November 11, 2016 where along with other agenda items, Unaudited Financial Results would be considered. In view of the Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, Trading Window will remain closed from October 11, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both the days inclusive).
