Optimus Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company will meet on October 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, unaudited financial results for the Quarter Ended on September 30, 2016 (Standalone and Consolidated). Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys equity shares, as required under the Code of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 will remain closed from October 17, 2016 to October 25, 2016 (both days inclusive).
