JSL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016. Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of. India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for all "Specified Persons" from October 17, 2016 to October 27, 2016 (both days inclusive).
