Smartlink Network Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2016, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. In compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended till date the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees from October 01, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
