Neo Infracon Ltd has informed BSE that Board meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016 to consider Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. As per Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Company from November 07, 2016 till November 10, 2016 (both days inclusive) and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependents are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till November 10, 2016.
