Vaarad Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated persons as defined in the code.
