Sanco Trans Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. In connection with the above, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from November 02, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
