Balkrishna Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in view of the above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed from November 01, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the promoters /directors /officers/designated employees of the Company ("the concerned persons"). The Trading Window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from November 15, 2016.
