Shree Ganesh Biotech (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2016. In this connection, as per the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons from November 01, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
