Madhucon Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia; - To consider, approve and lake on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Second Quarter / Half year ended September 30, 2016. - Pursuant to this , the company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for insiders covered under “ Madhucon Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading" would commence from 9.00 AM on November 10, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016.
