York Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 11, 2016, to consider & approve unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designed employees of the company from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
