HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders read with SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from November 02, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016.
