Darjeeling Ropeway Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following agenda item: - To consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close from November 03, 2016 till November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Company’s Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
