Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, the pursuant to Companies “Code of Conduct in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015" the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, employees and connected persons covered under the Code from close of business hours of November 02, 2016 upto 48 hours after the information is submitted to Stock Exchanges on Saturday, November 12, 2016.
