LN Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Six months ended September 30, 2016, along with other routine business. Further, the pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain Closed for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company cover under the said Code, from November 08, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016.
