Fedders Lloyd Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, the trading window shall remain closed from November 03, 2016 to November 15, 2016.
