Alphageo (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from November 02, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both day inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
