Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate. Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
