Sulabh Engineers & Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to transact following businesses: - To consider and approve the unaudited financial results (Stand alone) for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016, and to transact such other business as may be required. Further, the Trading window shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 read with code of conduct adopted by Company for trading in the Company’s Securities for the insiders (Directors / officers / designated employees of the Company) who have already been informed of the same.
