BJ Duplex Boards Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the code), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed from November 04, 2016, to November 14, 2016, Monday (both days inclusive).
