MBL Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on December 14, 2016 to, inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to clause 5.5 of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from December 07, 2016 to December 16, 2016. The trading window shall open for trading from December 17, 2016.
