Ramco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to the SEBI Circular dt. July 05, 2016 granting time for submission of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2016, till December 14, 2016, for the Corporates who are compliant of IND-AS. Further, in line with the said Circular, the Companys Board Meeting will be held on November 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016. Further, as per the "Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the Companys Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) November 04, 2016 to November 18, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and six months ended September 30, 2016.
