Agro Dutch Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016. Further, In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) regulations,2015 the Trading window shall remain close for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial results from November 09, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
