Delta Industrial Resources Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. The Trading window shall remain closed from November 09, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days Inclusive) and shall Re-open for trading on November 17, 2016 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("Code"). Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Officers, Designated Employees of the Company and ail persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 09, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (Both days inclusive).
