Shardul Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from November 03, 2016 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
