Wellesley Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors for the half year ended on September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the "Wellesley Corporation Limited - Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading & Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors/Designated Employees covered under the code from the closure of business hours of November 03, 2016 to the closure of November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
