Sezal Glass Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider Un-audited financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from November 07, 2016 up to 48 hours after publication of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 for the purpose of declaration of Un Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
