Burnpur Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. Further, to Prevent Insider Trading the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall be remain closed from November 04, 2016 and will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Results by the Company to the Stock Exchanges on November 12, 2016.
